A learning conversation shows what you are thinking and what you are unsure about. That is why Geniam treats your words with care.

Your conversations never train AI.

What you say, what you type and the files you share are never used to train AI models. This setting is always opted out (not used for training).

Memory and storage only for you
Depending on the creator's settings, some data may be reused across content as memory and storage kept only for you, to make your learning better. This data is used only for you and is never shared with other users. It is encrypted, and neither creators nor we can see what is in it.
Knowledge only for you
When needed, we may make knowledge only for you (data turned into a form the AI can refer to easily). This data is never used to train AI models, and never leaks to other users or creators.

All data is encrypted and kept safely.

Email confirmation
When you sign up, a confirmation email checks that it is really you.
Changing your password
When you change your password, your other devices need to log in again.
Leaving
When you leave, your history, files, notes, cube balance, prompts, assessment results, Coreroids and account details are deleted.
