A history of learning
Every time the way we deliver learning has changed, learning has opened up to more people.
Setting type and printing it put knowledge into many more hands.
From Books to me: read.
Books moved onto screens. Through the internet, you could open them at any time.
From Screens to me: read.
The classroom moved into video. A teacher far away could be watched whenever you liked.
From Videos to me: watch.
On Geniam, an AI teacher asks you questions, reads your answers and responds. Learning that fits each person grows out of question and answer.
AI teachers and I talk together.
From learning that is delivered, to learning that answers back.
It does not end with watching. You talk, and it stays with you.
Why learn by talking
You watch a video, you read a book, and you feel you understand. Yet when you try to explain it to someone, the words do not come. Learning becomes yours when you put it in your own words. On Geniam, an AI teacher asks you a question, reads your answer and gives you the next step.
Three moves
Learning on Geniam is made of these three moves.

Watch
Meet one idea in a one- to three-minute short. Swipe up and down, and the views of many creators flow past.

Talk
Talk with the AI teacher each course has. The teacher speaks to you, and you can answer in writing or out loud.

Master
Follow a course chapter by chapter, episode by episode. What you notice goes into your notes, and you pick up where your bookmark is.

AI teachers
Every course has an AI teacher made for that course. We call them Mentaroids: a name born from "mentor", a guide and adviser, for an AI that guides each person in the way that suits them. The teacher asks you questions, reads your answers, and tells you what was good and what to try next. If a word is unclear, you can simply ask, even in the middle of an episode.

Shorts
Shorts are videos one to three minutes long. Swipe up and down to meet the ideas of many creators. When one catches your interest, talk with its teacher right there, or go on to the full course.
Courses with AI
Courses made by creators are divided into chapters and episodes, so you can move forward a little at a time. Some courses let you try Episode 1 for free. A bookmark remembers how far you got, so you can always continue.

Text set like a book. While the teacher speaks, a soft light follows the voice through the words. Typeface, how text appears and the glowing text can all be set to your liking, the same on a computer or a phone.

Tools for learning
Beyond the episodes, there are tools to help you learn.
Answer 32 questions by instinct, and learn your traits and strengths.
It takes about three minutes. Results are saved so you can compare them, and some episodes use your result.
Build an AI of your own, down to its name, voice and expressions.
You can also bring your Coreroid into episodes you are invited to.
Write down what you notice, on pages and on a canvas.
The days and episodes you learned, so you can continue at once.
Files you made during episodes, kept in one place.
Save the requests you use often, and call them up in any episode.
What the name means
Gen and I am together make Geniam.
Geniam (JEE-nee-um) joins the "Gen" of Generate with "I am". In its sound, we also hear Genius.
What you create with AI is not only answers. By answering questions and putting things again in your own words, you build your own way of saying things, and the person you are becoming.
Generate who you are.
Build yourself, together with AI.
Safety and privacy
What you say, what you type and the files you share are never used to train AI models.
The data kept only for you, to make your learning better, is encrypted. Neither creators nor we can see what is in it.
You pay for cubes on a secure Stripe page.
